“The couple hold and re-hold hands using cupped hands in an ongoing gesture of unity,” expert Judi James tells the Daily Mail, adding that Meghan’s body language in the below video is “careful and elegant-looking rather than a more spontaneous hugging gesture, meaning it seems to be aimed at defining them as an ongoing power couple as well as a romantic couple.”
