Woman Suing Taylor Swift Says She’s Struggling To Find her…again

Kimberly Marasco, a Florida artist, said the service is complicated due to Swift’s out-of-state residence and personal security measures in a motion submitted on Monday.

Marasco filed the lawsuit against Swift, songwriters Jack Antonoff and Aaron Desner, Universal Music Group, Inc. and Republic Records in February. Swift is the only defendant who has not been served. Cannon is also presiding over this case.
While Swift was dismissed from the lawsuit Marasco filed last year, the claims against Taylor Swift Productions have not yet been dropped.
