According to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office report obtained by E! News, Olivia arrived at Joe’s home and found a “shattered bedroom window and the room ransacked.” The 22-year-old then called her mother, which prompted the call to 911 reporting the incident.

When deputies arrived, they observed forced entry into a rear window on the first floor of the house and the ransacked premises. Criminal Intelligence Section (CIS) was then requested to come to the home, where they took photos and collected evidence.

The report also noted that because Joe was out of town at the time, the 28-year-old “could not provide detail as to what items were removed from the home.”
