Many fans feel that Millie Bobby Brown would make an excellent Kitty Pryde (Shadowcat) and hope Marvel will cast her for a live action MCU X-Men movie
While certain characters such as Quicksilver and the Scarlet Witch were able to make the leap to the MCU, the primary roster of X-Men characters have been MIA since the inception of the MCU due to the rights to said characters being in the hands of 20th Century, not Marvel Studios.
That all changed with Disney’s acquisition of the studio which finally returned the rights to one of comics’ most iconic group of characters to Marvel Studios
Marvel Studios has yet to announce any casting news or X-Men projects but that hasn’t stopped fans from dream casting their favorite actors as we look ahead to the X-Men’s arrival in the MCU.
From the moment word first broke that Disney was making a play for 20th Century Fox, fans have been tossing out their dream castings for the X-Men’s most iconic characters including the likes of Wolverine, Cyclops, and Jean Grey, to name a few.
