Having been brought up in Memphis, Tennessee, Tammy Reid eventually shifted to Arizona, where she finished her high school studies. Further, Reid joined Brigham Young University to study physical education.
Following her marriage with Andy Reid, Tammy started working as a teacher. After quitting her job, she began taking an interest in philanthropic work and wanted to help women dealing with domestic violence. Further, she joined the domestic violence charity known as Laurel House.
Tammy Reid also became the founder of the Eagles Women’s Association to organize charity work alongside girlfriends and wives of NFL coaches and players.
