Simon Cowell’s horrific bike accident nearly paralysed him and his recovery is taking longer than he’d hoped, it’s claimed.

The music mogul, 61, was thrown off an electric bike earlier this year and broke his back in three places.

The accident has reportedly made him realise that he isn’t invincible as he counts his blessings that he is on the road to recovery.friend of Simon’s told The Daily Mail : “He definitely no longer feels invincible and this has been a wake up for him about his health and lifestyle.

“He was nearly paralysed and feels lucky to be recovering at all.”
