It took a while for Kim Kardashian to come out of hiding after the birth of baby North West, but now that she’s braving the public again it’s easy to see that the new mum has been working hard to get her famed curvaceous figure back.
Four months after setting her goal to lose 13.6kg, the reality TV star has revealed the secret behind her weight loss. She responded to a fan on Twitter who had asked her how she was losing the weight by tweeting: “I’ve actually been doing the Atkins diet & luv it.”
You may have heard of the Atkins diet before, as it’s previously been accredited as the reason behind other celebrity figures including Jennifer Aniston, Demi Moore and Catherine Zeta-Jones.
This year the diet had a makeover and is now referred to as the New Atkins Nutritional Approach.
